The aides sent from this company are untrained and have been completely negligent, put my father in life threatening situations - 2 aides in a 2 week span. When we called to file complaints both times we were told that they would handle in house and that we shouldn't worry. Filing complaints would cause us "problems". These aides show up when they please or don't show up at all.
